Nilesh Jagatia is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of senior financial leadership experience across public and private companies. He has served as CFO to numerous AIM-listed businesses across FinTech, leisure, media, real estate, renewables and entertainment, developing deep expertise in financial strategy, governance and reporting.

As part of the Hong Kong operation, Nilesh supports financial oversight, governance and reporting while helping maintain the financial control framework of the wider Global Investment Strategy group. His experience in regulated and public-market environments brings disciplined financial control, operational structure and clear reporting standards to the firm’s regional activities.
