Edward Sanson works within the asset management team at Global Investment Strategy, focusing on systematic investment strategies across currency and precious metals markets. His work includes portfolio management, investment research, analysis and the development of quantitative trading approaches.

Prior to joining, Edward worked with CrossBorder Capital on pension plan hedging mandates and contributed to the development of the Insch Kintore strategy. He brings experience managing portfolios across fixed income, currencies, equities and derivatives. Edward holds an MSc in Financial Management from Edinburgh Business School, a BSc in Economics from the University of London and the CFA Investment Management Certificate.
